Oleology Soap accepts PayPal and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex) payments
only. All orders must be paid in full before that will be shipped.
Oleology Soap turnaround time starts the next business day after you place an order. Any order
after 5PM Eastern Time will be considered to be placed the next day. Orders that include handcrafted
body scrub will have a turnaround time of approximately 4 days, as those products are made
fresh. All other orders have a two to three business day turn around. Business days do not include
weekends or major holidays.
Due to the nature of bath and body products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a product arrives damaged, received wrong order
or have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with in (2)
two days of receiving your damaged or wrong product regarding your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Oleology
Soap reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order. Oleology Soap has the
right to terminate a transaction for any reason, at any time.
Customer MUST be sure that the address have been typed correctly at the time the transaction is
placed. Returns or cancellation request due wrong address inserted will NO ACCEPTED.
All orders ship via United States Postal Service priority mail or, if light enough, first class
mail. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Holidays or non-business
days may affect. If you need products to arrive sooner, please contact me and I will be happy
work with you. Any change on shipping or processing time the customer will always notified via
email. USPS is our preferable shipping method, a tracking number will be provided after transactions
has been processed and ready to ship. Customer MUST be sure that the correct address have been
type at the time the transaction is place. IF your tracking number information is
update it as delivered we are NOT responsible for a refund due lost/theft or wrong
address package. All lost/theft claims needs to handle by the customer directly
